fix: Graceful shutdown for updater and Power OFF, bump v0.2.1

- Use _exit(0) in sendPowerOff() to avoid abort() from detached threads
- Updater calls sendPowerOff() for clean exit (same path as Power OFF)
- Remove HTTP test section from Net Status app (no longer needed)
