fix: Move version header to src/ for reliable CI builds, bump v0.2.6

configure_file to build/generated/ was not working on CI — the generated
header wasn't being found at compile time. Now version lives in
src/CrosspadPcVersion.hpp (checked in), and CI override rewrites it
via configure_file at configure time.
