Release v0.13.0

A big update. Please update both Koreader plugin and Crossbill server!

Major change on how syncing with the server is done. New plugin supports:

• Bidirectional sync between server and client
• Syncing of highlights and notes between multiple devices using Crossbill server as a master copy
• Deleting highlights on web ui deletes them on the devices
• Deleting highlights on device, only deletes them on devices. Highlights are kept on the server until deleted from web ui.
• Plugin lets user to check their plugin version and possible updates.

Download crossbill.koplugin.zip and extract it to your KOReader plugins directory.
