• Can now override executable used for encoding, by default ffmpeg, but can specify anything - such as avifenc
• Added example for avifenc, can be used to encode transparent images properly! Which none of ffmpeg AV1 encoders could do.
• Can now specify $INPUT and $OUTPUT in command to override the default behaviour - example is set by avifenc
