omind 10.0.1 — fixes the Windows enforcement hook failing after every tool call.

omind setup wrote the PostToolUse hook as python C:\Users\x\.claude\hooks\omi-enforce.py. Claude Code can run hook commands through Git Bash, which eats the backslashes of an unquoted path, so the hook failed with a blocking error on every tool call. The script path is now quoted. Existing installs pick up the fix on their next omind setup.
