omind 10.0.2 — the Windows journal/Stop/SessionStart hooks now quote the omind executable, and CI proves every hook command survives a POSIX shell.

10.0.1 quoted the omi-enforce.py path but missed the omind executable in the PostToolUse, Stop and SessionStart hooks. Git Bash strips the backslashes of an unquoted Windows path, so those hooks failed with C:Usersx.localbinomind.EXE: command not found after every turn. Fixed, and tests/test_hook_shell_safety.py now hands every command omind setup writes to a real bash — including Git Bash on windows-latest — and asserts the paths arrive intact.
