Summary

  • Replace tagline with market-focused "Encrypted shared memory for AI agents"
  • Add "How Rune Is Different" comparison table (vs built-in memory, RAG, wikis, plaintext vector DBs)
  • Add proper per-agent uninstall CLI commands (claude mcp remove, codex mcp remove, gemini extensions uninstall)
  • Rewrite team-setup-example.md to match rune-admin's current workflow: interactive installer, per-user tokens via runevault CLI, Vault bundle auto-delivery
