Major changes and fixes:

RandomGenerator:

• Removed class, since .NET 8 has a thread-safe shared instance of Random (Random.Shared)

RSAEncryption:

• Renamed RsaEncryption to RSAEncryption for naming consistency with .NET class (such as RSA or RSAParameters)
• Class instance no longer holds an instance of RSACryptoServiceProvider for the duration of its lifetime, but creates a new one on every operation and disposes of it (thread-safe and more secure)
• Replaced all functions revolving around keys, and RsaPublicKey with RSAKey struct
• RSAKey struct now holds all methods for exporting/importing public/private keys
• Removed sync locks so processes can run in parallel (advantage of new RSA instance in every method)

AesEncryption:

• Added SecurePassword struct that uses an internal SecureString instance to store a password securely in memory
• Made class more comprehensible
