v1.0.3 — Debug: warning-level logs for LED sync diagnostics
What's Changed
Debug logging for LED sync diagnosis
Three WARNING-level log lines added so they appear in HA logs without needing logger: debug in configuration.yaml:
| Location | What it logs |
|---|---|
__init__.py — after building tracked entities |
RFWC5 <entry_id> tracking entities: [...] — confirms which entities are being watched for external state changes |
__init__.py — top of _on_linked_entity_state_change |
RFWC5 state change detected: entity=<id> new_state=<on/off> — fires every time a tracked entity changes, confirming the listener is alive |
led_manager.py — before Z-Wave set_value call |
RFWC5 <device_id> write triggered: leds=[...] value=<n> — confirms a write is reaching the device |
If the first log appears but the second does not, the entity is not being tracked (wrong action type or empty entity field). If the second appears but the third does not, the debounce or lock is blocking the write.
