Docker: RCON Passthru doesn't work with dockerized Instances

• Mainline release stream

I confirm:

• that I have searched for an existing bug report for this issue.
• that I am using the latest available version of AMP.
• that my operating system is up-to-date.

Symptoms

I'm trying to enable RCON Passthru on a CS:GO Server but AMP doesn't tell Docker to publish/expose the needed port (7777).

The only way to use RCON with a dockerized instance is by using the console in the web panel.

This bug has been reported in Discord and PhonicUK confirmed it. I thought it would be a good idea to report it here, that way i will get notified when it has been fixed.

Reproduction

Install AMP, install docker, add the amp user to the docker group, enable dockerizing of game servers (New Instance Defaults), install a SRCDS game server, enable rcon passthru, restart AMP, try to use it.

This should now work as of the latest changes. Try out the CI build (or nightly as of tomorrow)
