概要

v0.7.1は、v0.7.0の実行ロジックを変更せず、公開文書、配布パッケージ、バージョン整合性を整理したリリースです。

CubeGenGuardによる並列化は、Gaussian純正のcubegen.exeを複数の独立プロセスとして起動するジョブ単位の疑似並列化です。一つのCubegen計算を内部的に分割するものではありません。また、Cubegenの数値計算手法を再実装または拡張せず、純正Cubegenを超える科学計算機能を追加しません。

大きな分子、高密度・広範囲グリッド、複数軌道、複数構造など、計算時間の長い独立cubeを複数必要とする場合には、同時実行によってワークロード全体の実時間を短縮できる可能性があります。一つのcube計算自体を高速化するものではありません。

v0.7.0からの変更

  • READMEを日本語・英語の完全な二言語構成に整理
  • 補助ソフトとしての位置づけと疑似並列化の境界を明記
  • NOTICE.md、SECURITY.md、PRIVACY.md、SUPPORT.md、CONTRIBUTING.md、PUBLISHING.mdを整合
  • 実装ノート、試験記録、試験計画、静的レビュー記録をv0.7.1向けに更新
  • VERSIONを追加し、アプリ、診断ツール、起動バッチ、検証スクリプトの版番号を0.7.1へ統一
  • 配布物のファイル構成とSHA256 manifestを再生成

実行コードの変更範囲

CubeGenGuard.ps1の変更は、版番号、コメント内の版番号、および日本語・英語の注意文に含まれる版番号のみです。CubeGenGuard_CPU_Diagnostic.ps1はツール版番号のみ変更しています。

スケジューラ、Pコア検出、ProcessorAffinity、Cubegen引数、監視、停止、設定保存、ログ、出力トランザクション、バックアップ、競合保護のロジックはv0.7.0から変更していません。

公開前確認

公開するv0.7.1 ZIPそのものについて、同梱のRun_Source_Validation.batを実行し、1並列の基本実行および複数ジョブの並列スモークテストを行ってください。公開後はRelease Assetを再ダウンロードし、SHA256を照合してください。

Overview

Version 0.7.1 preserves the v0.7.0 execution logic while consolidating public documentation, release packaging, and version consistency.

CubeGenGuard's concurrency is job-level pseudo-parallelization: it launches multiple independent instances of the official Gaussian cubegen.exe. It does not split one Cubegen calculation internally, reimplement Cubegen's numerical algorithms, or add scientific capabilities beyond the installed official utility.

Workloads containing several time-consuming independent cube files—such as large molecules, dense or wide grids, multiple orbitals, or several structures—may receive a substantial total wall-clock benefit. CubeGenGuard does not make one Cubegen calculation itself faster.

Changes from v0.7.0

  • Replaced the README with a complete Japanese/English version.
  • Clarified auxiliary-tool scope and the boundary of job-level pseudo-parallelization.
  • Aligned NOTICE, SECURITY, PRIVACY, SUPPORT, CONTRIBUTING, and PUBLISHING documents.
  • Updated implementation notes, Windows evidence, test plan, and static-review record.
  • Added VERSION and standardized application, diagnostic, launcher, and validator metadata on 0.7.1.
  • Regenerated the distribution file set and SHA256 manifest.

Executable-source boundary

Changes in CubeGenGuard.ps1 are limited to version metadata, the version comment, and version references in localized caution text. CubeGenGuard_CPU_Diagnostic.ps1 changes only the tool version.

Scheduler, CPU topology, ProcessorAffinity, Cubegen arguments, monitoring, cancellation, settings, logging, transactional output, backup, and race-protection logic are unchanged from v0.7.0.

Pre-publication acceptance

Run Run_Source_Validation.bat on the exact v0.7.1 distribution, then perform a sequential basic run and a multi-job parallel smoke test. After publication, download the named Release Asset again and verify its SHA256.
