Key finding: the KB's biomining/bioleaching records are all terrestrial — there is NO space/regolith/BioRock/BioAsteroid community in kb/communities/, an entirely uncovered theme. 16 NEW defined-community candidates ranked, with a top-7 "curate next" list (BioRock REE trio, lunar/martian PGPB SynComs, BioAsteroid, MGS-1 cyanobacterial-biomass anaerobic digestion, etc.), plus separate single-strain and review lists. First communities on the space-regolith theme (previously uncovered — see the scout report from #204). Each record was deep-researched from its cited paper(s), fully evidence-backed with verbatim snippets, and grounded to NCBITaxon/ENVO/ CHEBI/GO. All pass linkml-validate + the id-label term gate + validate-strict. - 000303 BioRock ISS Basalt Biomining Consortium — Sphingomonas desiccabilis + Bacillus subtilis + Cupriavidus metallidurans leaching REEs & vanadium from basalt on the ISS (PMID:33173035 + 33868198 + 33154740). BIOMINING; REE+V. - 000304 Lunar/Martian Simulant PGPB Lettuce SynCom — Azotobacter chroococcum, Priestia megaterium, Methylorubrum populi, Kosakonia pseudosacchari improving lettuce on simulants (doi:10.1007/s00374-025-01923-3). RHIZOSPHERE. - 000305 BioAsteroid ISS Chondrite Biomining Consortium — Sphingomonas desiccabilis + Penicillium simplicissimum leaching L-chondrite in microgravity (PMID:41617698). BIOMINING; PGMs+REE. - 000306 Lunar Simulant Phosphate-Solubilizing Bacteria for Nicotiana — Paenibacillus mucilaginosus, Priestia megaterium, Pseudomonas fluorescens (+2 tested) mobilizing P from lunar simulant (PMID:37945659). BIOTECHNOLOGY. - 000307 Anabaena / MGS-1 Anaerobic-Digestion Methanogen Consortium — syntrophic fermenter->hydrogenotrophic-methanogen cross-feeding digesting cyanobacterial biomass on Mars simulant (PMID:40089033; abstract-only, digester genera in paywalled full text left ungrounded, not guessed). SYNTROPHY. Regenerated docs pages (300 communities now). Curator follow-ups: genus-level taxonomy for 000307 and growth conditions for several await paywalled full text; schema enum bug noted separately (PALLADIUM maps to CHEBI:33373 "promethium atom" — agents avoided it).
