Guided Workspace Upgrade

This release makes CodexForWorkflow easier to understand and use:

• Guided setup checklist for auth, mode, source, and task readiness.
• Current Step banner and interactive Plan Board actions.
• Clearer Mouse Plan guidance for screen-share and isolated-browser modes.
• Ask Codex command bar with quick prompts for seeing, next step, target, and verification.
• New first-run, guided workflow, Mouse Plan, and approval screenshots.
• New IPC/test coverage for follow-up commands, observe-current, local plan-step updates, and observe-only Mouse Plan safety.

Windows builds are unsigned, so SmartScreen may warn on first launch.
