Safety Pin v0.2.0 - MIDI learn
Safety Pin v0.2.0 - a distortion made for electric violin, now with MIDI learn.
New
- MIDI learn: right-click any knob (or OVERKILL) > MIDI learn, then turn a knob on your controller. The CC number shows under the knob; right-click again to forget it. Links are saved with your project, or when you close the standalone app.
- Works in the standalone app too, so you can play live without a DAW: tick your controller under Options > Audio/MIDI Settings > Active MIDI inputs. Map OVERKILL to a footswitch (pedal down = on).
- Checked with pluginval at strictness 10 (all tests pass).
Everything else
- ANGER drive, OVERKILL (+12 dB, hard clipping), CELLO real octave down, GUTS sub two octaves down, BOTTOM / SNARL bass and tone, BASEMENT / DECAY plate reverb
- Built-in violin tuner (G D A E, A = 440) on the clean input; click it to mute while tuning
- In Cubase every knob is automatable and works with Quick Controls / MIDI Remote
