Firefox updates itself, as on Windows and macOS, not through the distribution's package manager.
myfox refresh # in the terminal
myfox refresh --gui # in a window
myfox refresh -y # without confirmation
myfox refresh --force # reinstall every component, even with no new versionsThe same is the "Update MyFox" item in the shortcut's context menu.
The dialog shows "current → new" for each component and the list of changes. The full list of
changes is on the about:myfox#changelog page in Firefox.
Updated tweaks apply after Firefox restarts. If Firefox is running, the update dialog has a
"Restart Firefox to apply the update" checkbox (on by default; with -y, the restart happens).
Windows and tabs are restored.
To restart by hand: the "Restart" item in the shortcut's menu or myfox browser --myfox-restart.
