What's in 0.2.1

The DSH host-sync release: the supported host window is now 0.1.0-rc.6 through 0.2.0-rc.2 (D017).

Fixed

• Convention injection was silently dead on DSH 0.2.0 hosts — rc.6's public session.events array no longer exists there, the slot finder threw, and the catch swallowed it: published 0.2.0 running on 0.2.0 hosts carried no conventions in model context at all. A new host-compat seam (src/host-compat.ts) restores the D008 single-slot injection across the whole window, including outermost pre-step registration — without it, 0.2.0 silently drops messages added by inner listeners.
• scripts/build-plugin-lib.sh compiled from the wrong directory and discarded all compiler output; it now resolves from the repository root and fails on any real error.

Changed

• peerDependencies use the dual-arm range >=0.1.0-rc.6 <0.3.0 || >=0.2.0-rc.1 <0.3.0 (node-semver's prerelease-tuple rule) so 0.2.0-rc hosts resolve the plugin cleanly; dsh 0.2.0's plugin compatibility manager surfaces this range to users.
• New host-floor CI job keeps the rc.6 floor compile- and unit-verified on every push.
• E2E harness speaks the dsh 0.2.0 Messages SSE protocol and asserts both envelope markers.

Fixed

• Active-target tracking never engaged (D013): the projection read a path tool-argument field while DSH rc.6 file tools send file_path; injection stayed scoped to the session root. Now reads file_path, normalizes targets to directories, unit-tested, E2E-asserted.
• norm_scan reported only the root chain (D014): the bridge gains an additive scan method over the pinned upstream norm scan, and the tool renders real per-directory coverage.

Added

• System-prompt layout index (D015): one section maps every directory declaring .norm conventions with its description, backed by the bridge layoutIndex method; refreshes after .norm edits; first-touch measurement in plugin logs.
• Bounded multi-target context (D016): a recency set of up to 4 directories injected as one reminder — scope sections most-recent-first, shared conventions rendered once — backed by bridge promptContextMulti and the engine's prompt-context-multi/v1 merged projection.

dsh-norm-spec v0.1.0

First stable release of the DSH adapter for the canonical norm-spec engine.

• Promoted 0.1.0-beta.2 → 0.1.0 across the Rust workspace, npm manifests, and package candidates — no code changes since 0.1.0-beta.2.
• Published to npm as @cyanoorg/dsh-norm-spec (five-package set; platform binaries via optionalDependencies). The stable publish moves the latest dist-tag to 0.1.0.
• Verified post-publish: fresh-profile install plus stub-LLM E2E asserting convention injection reaches the model-visible request.

Packaging fix release: the packaged bundle patch now carries the scoped loader-entry name, unblocking registry installs.

Fixed

• Packaged cordis.patch.yml referenced the plugin by the bare name dsh-norm-spec; every registry install failed to boot with "Cannot find package 'dsh-norm-spec'". The patch now emits the scoped publish name @cyanoorg/dsh-norm-spec.

Added

• tests/package-staging.test.ts pins the packaged-patch generator output and asserts every npm manifest stays scoped.
• scripts/check-staging-smoke.ts derives tarball names from the staged manifests.

Changed
