Article Management

CyberFeeds provides comprehensive article management with reading, organizing, and full-content extraction.
Choose your preferred reading layout:

Each article shows:
- Title and summary
- Publication date
- Source feed name
- Thumbnail image (if available)
- Read/unread indicator
- Star status
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| All | Show all articles |
| Unread | Only unread articles |
| Starred | Only starred articles |
| Today | Articles from today |
- Newest first — Default, most recent at top
- Oldest first — Chronological order
Click an article to open in the viewer:
- Full article text with formatting
- Images and embedded media
- Original article link
- Publication metadata
Clean, distraction-free reading:
- Adjustable font size
- Configurable line height
- Maximum content width
- Reading theme (sepia, dark, light)

Open articles in your default browser:
- Click the external link button
- Or configure custom browser path
- Right-click → Open in browser
Mark important articles:
- Click the star icon on any article
- Or press
Sto toggle star - Starred articles appear in the Starred filter
Filter to show only starred articles:
- Access via the Starred filter chip
- Starred articles persist across sessions
- Useful for bookmarking reference material
Articles are marked as read when:
- Opened in the viewer
- Press
Mto toggle read status - Press
Nto mark read and advance to next
Mark all articles in a feed as read:
- Right-click feed → Mark all read
- Or use the Mark all read button in the toolbar
Show only unread articles:
- Filter chip in the article list
- Badge count shows unread number
- Quick way to catch up on reading
Deleted articles go to trash:
- Press
Deleteto move to trash - Articles stay in trash for 30 days
- Auto-purge after 30 days
Restore articles from trash:
- Open Trash folder
- Right-click → Restore
- Article returns to original feed
Permanently delete all trashed articles:
- Right-click Trash → Empty trash
- Cannot be undone
Configure automatic cleanup:
- Cleanup read articles — Delete read articles after N days
- Auto-cleanup on startup — Run cleanup when app launches
Search across all articles:

Ctrl+Ffocuses search box - Results update as you type
- Searches title, summary, and content

Right-click an article for actions:
