Improvements

Installer defaults to per-user (%LocalAppData%\Programs\CyberLauncher) without admin elevation
Admin/UAC is requested only when installing to a protected path such as Program Files (allowElevation), matching CyberViewer

Notes

Clients on 1.5.x should pick up this release after CI uploads the installer assets and latest.yml.
