✂️ Cut Out strip tool:
- Slice a band out of the canvas and close the gap, with the same confirm / cancel chrome as Crop.
- Rotate and flip moved into the editor palette so transforms stay one click away.

- Compact corner arrows and a dedicated rotate cursor for selected annotations.
- A fine plus handle at the object center, with selection restored after Undo.

- Extra captures open as tabs instead of replacing the current document.
- Double-click empty tab-bar space to start a new canvas.

- Mute notification toasts during a chosen window so captures stay silent overnight.
