Every lab now opens with a short reference panel for its OWASP category: what the issue is, why it happens, and what to watch for in real systems. The goal is to give you the concept before you start attacking the puzzle, not after.

Added

• Per-category reference panel shown when you enter a lab, covering the underlying OWASP LLM Top 10 (2025) issue in plain language.

Changed

• Refreshed the Labs dashboard with a new background treatment and per-difficulty accent colors on each card.
• Flag verification now checks a hash of the submission instead of comparing against a stored plaintext value.
• General visual polish across the labs and dashboard views.

Notes

• No new dependencies and no config changes.
• Fully backward compatible: existing progress files and the scoring model are unaffected.
• The Expert tier is unchanged, still shipped encrypted with the same unlock flow.
