[26.1.x][Neoforge] Resin Fluid can not be interacted with

Short description:

When the resin fluid is in the world, you can not place blocks where the fluid is.
And when you try to use an empty bucket, you can not pick it up; the item is just gone.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Place a Resin bucket in the world
2. Try to place a block anywhere the fluid is
3. Try to pick up the fluid with an empty bucket

Expected behaviour:

You should be able to place blocks where the fluid is or use a bucket to pick up the fluid to stop its flow.
