What's in this release (since v0.60.0)

Field agents reported that insert_block and move_block left diagrams in place. That was real: default notebooks are pages + untitled scroll, and v0.57 only packed diagrams on a scroll-guide page or a titled scroll.

• Every scroll packs. Guide style is visual. Human drag still never reflows.
• insert_block / move_block shove text, diagram frames, images, shapes, and ungrouped ink. Members ride the frame. after may be a diagram frame id. move_block can move a frame; members stay refused.
• update_block growing or shrinking a note packs occupants below. Returns displacedCount.
• delete_diagram closes the gap below the frame.
• Chained update_block then insert_block with no wait does not overlap.

Local gate: typecheck, 673/673 Playwright, bridge self-test green. npm run dev launched clean.

What's in this release (since v0.55.0)

• Column reflow — on a scroll-guide page, or any page with a titled scroll, the band packs like a column: text, diagram frames, images, shapes, and ungrouped ink move as one stack. Pages / grid / none with only the default untitled scroll stay freeform. Human drag never reflows.
• draw.io import — prototype in diagrams.net, drop the .drawio into the notebook. Ports sit on parent edges, orthogonal connectors without waypoints route L/Z, UML module/component/port draw as boxes. AWS/cisco/mscae stencils stay refused. Toast + diagnostics say what was understood.
• Delete a scroll — header menu and sidebar X. Empty bands vanish. A non-empty band asks keep-notes vs delete-notes. Last scroll stays undeletable. One undo restores.

Welcome page and PNG/print export stay backlog.
