Added 'Additional Bingos', these are new patterns which will send a bingo, includes 'Blackout', 'Corners', 'Picture Frame', 'Checkerboard' and 'Reverse Checkerboard'
Moved 'Bingo ALL' to 'Blackout' as an additional bingo
Upped minimum board size to 4x4
