CyComAgent v0.4.8 isolated desktop sync (d797e23)
Canonical Desktop-derived sync build. All artifacts are built from commit d797e23. Includes isolated AI desktop routing, private Any App input routing, browser bridge/runtime updates, and reproducible version metadata.
CyComAgent-MCP v0.4.5-macos-dev
CyComAgent-MCP v0.4.5-macos-dev
This prerelease adds experimental macOS support without forking the core runtime.
macOS
- Darwin
arm64andamd64builds from the same Go core as Linux. - User LaunchAgent install under
~/Libraryusing labelcom.cytech.cycomagent. service_controlmaps to the userlaunchddomain throughlaunchctl.desktop_captureuses built-inscreencapture.- Text/key desktop input can use
osascript+ System Events; pointer input can use optionalcliclick. - The local privilege/root broker remains Linux-only.
- macOS privacy/TCC permissions remain authoritative for screen and UI automation.
Install
Linux, Termux and macOS share the POSIX bootstrap:
curl -fsSL https://cdn.cytechteam.site/install/cycomagent | shWindows continues to use the curl + PowerShell bootstrap documented in the README. All release archives are verified against published SHA-256 checksum files before installation.
Validation status
The Darwin binaries are cross-built for both architectures and the repository CI includes a macOS runner for Go tests/build validation. Desktop/TCC behavior and the full LaunchAgent lifecycle have not yet been validated on the project owner's physical Mac hardware, so macOS remains experimental.
CyComAgent-MCP v0.4.4-multiplatform-dev
CyComAgent-MCP v0.4.4-multiplatform-dev
This development release adds one-command curl bootstrap installers across every currently supported platform family.
Install
Linux (amd64, systemd):
curl -fsSL https://cdn.cytechteam.site/install/cycomagent | shAndroid / Termux (ARM64):
curl -fsSL https://cdn.cytechteam.site/install/cycomagent | shWindows 10/11:
curl.exe -fsSL https://cdn.cytechteam.site/install/cycomagent.ps1 | powershell -NoProfile -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -Command -Changes
- Added a shared POSIX bootstrap that detects Linux versus Android/Termux automatically.
- Added a Windows curl bootstrap that downloads the Windows package, verifies SHA-256, and requests UAC elevation only for the installation step.
- All bootstrap installers download immutable GitHub Release assets and verify their published SHA-256 checksum before installation.
- Updated the Windows installer to stop and replace an existing startup task safely during upgrades.
- Added reproducible
release-windows/release-allMakefile targets and platform-specific checksum files. - Kept the existing Termux bootstrap entry point as a compatibility shim to the shared installer.
macOS remains unsupported.
CyComAgent-MCP v0.4.3-multiplatform-dev
CyComAgent-MCP v0.4.3-multiplatform-dev
This development release consolidates the public CyComAgent source tree across Linux, Android/Termux, and Windows.
Windows
The Windows-native bridge that powers the live Desktop integration is now included under platform/windows.
It provides six native MCP tools:
windows_system_infowindows_execwindows_file_readwindows_file_listwindows_processeswindows_services
The bridge is PowerShell-native, loopback-only, token-authenticated, and can be installed as a boot-started SYSTEM Scheduled Task. Installer and uninstaller scripts are included.
Windows support is development-stage and does not yet have feature parity with the Linux core.
Linux
The Linux Full Power runtime remains unchanged in capability: filesystem/process/job/service/network/state/SSH target/policy/audit/plugin primitives plus the optional root broker.
Android / Termux
The non-root mobile_assistant runtime remains supported on Termux arm64 with Termux:API semantic assistant actions. Rooted Android remains unsupported and not planned.
Validation
go test ./...go vet ./...- Linux static build in GitHub Actions
- Termux arm64 build in GitHub Actions
- Windows PowerShell parser validation on
windows-latest
Runtime secrets such as Windows bridge.token, logs, tunnel credentials, and local state are excluded from source control.
CyComAgent-MCP v0.4.2-termux-dev
CyComAgent-MCP v0.4.2-termux-dev
Termux reliability hotfix focused on Secure MCP Tunnel DNS resolution.
Fixed
- Fixed OpenAI tunnel-client on Android/Termux ARM64 resolving public hosts via the Go runtime fallback DNS servers
127.0.0.1:53/[::1]:53when the binary is built withCGO_ENABLED=0. - The bundled tunnel runtime now reads Termux
$PREFIX/etc/resolv.confand dials those configured DNS servers directly through a custom Go resolver. - Falls back to public resolvers only when no valid Termux resolver entries are available.
- Keeps the tunnel binary non-root and does not require the Android NDK or a cgo runtime.
Why
Android does not expose DNS configuration to a pure-Go resolver in the same way as normal Linux. A Termux shell could resolve api.openai.com successfully while the bundled Go tunnel runtime repeatedly attempted [::1]:53 and failed. This release aligns the tunnel runtime with Termux DNS configuration.
Upgrade
Re-run the stable one-command installer:
curl -fsSL https://cdn.cytechteam.site/install/cycomagent | shExisting policy and tunnel credentials can be reused during setup.
