New Features

Non-Interactive Interface for Population-Enrichment Analysis using P-Value Combination Method

  • SetupAnalysis_PE_PC(): Creates a non-interactive population-enrichment
    P-value-combination analysis state from design parameters.
  • AnalyzeLook_PE_PC(): Advances the analysis state by one look using raw
    p-values and cumulative full-population and subgroup sample sizes. The
    look-specific correlation matrix is calculated from those sample sizes.

Quality Improvements

  • Added regression testing for adaptGMCP_CER()
