You can edit advanced settings via manual edit of the Settings file. Please note, the Settings File are shared between the normal edition and the Portable edition, even with the future updates.

Find the Settings File

Windows

To find the saved Settings, you need to open your Regedit, then explore to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\D-25\openChecksum.

Linux

On Linux, you can find the Settings file under $HOME/.config/D-25/openChecksum.conf.

Mac

On Mac, you can find the Settings file under $HOME/Library/Preferences. You can edit this settings easily if you have XCode installed.

Customize the Byte Check

If you want more speed on analysis, you can change the byteCheck value to any size you want. Please note, the are no limit in this Settings, so your Computer (or openChecksum) may stop responding. Default value are 262144.

Customize the Language

Language are stored in the Settings. For now, if you are a translator, you can't test you language via this Settings. We're working on it, stay tuned.

Customize Statistics

If for some reasons you want to customize your Statistics, you can do it under the statistics folder. It may be useful if you want to remove the last file Checked - anyway, you can do it via Settings inside openChecksum.
