API Diagnostics Panel — opt-in toggle in status bar captures API call metadata (URL, status, timing, errors) into an in-memory log. Users can copy sanitized output to clipboard for bug reports. Off by default, never persisted, all GUIDs and SAS tokens scrubbed.
