Highlights
Added recoverable document trash and restore operations that preserve content and verify the resulting AFFiNE workspace metadata.
Added block-level update and move operations that retain block IDs while editing, converting, reordering, or reparenting supported text blocks.
Added database title-column support and strengthened rich-text cell handling across AFFiNE's stored database view representations.
Improved HTTP session errors, Markdown output fidelity, and import-loss reporting.
What Changed
Document lifecycle
Added idempotent trash_doc and restore_doc tools with retry classification and read-back verification.
Keeps permanent delete_doc separate for callers that explicitly require irreversible deletion.
Block editing
Added update_block for partial text, todo-state, list-style, and compatible text-block type updates.
Added move_block for same-parent reordering and cross-parent moves with root and cycle protection.
read_doc now includes hierarchy-derived parentId values, and delete_block returns reconstructable deleted-block snapshots.
Database compatibility
Added title to the supported database column types and rejects attempts to create a second title column.
Synchronizes column mutations across Y.Map, Y.Array, and legacy stored view representations.
Preserves valid rich-text Yjs deltas in cell reads and updates and rejects malformed delta payloads before mutation.
Runtime and Markdown behavior
Unknown HTTP session IDs return an explicit 404 Session not found response.
Markdown output preserves ordinary punctuation, ampersands, and unknown entity-like text without unnecessary escaping.
Fidelity analysis reports known Markdown import losses separately from export behavior.
Dependencies
Refreshed the locked jose release from 6.2.8 to 6.2.9.
Compatibility
Four tools were added, bringing the canonical MCP surface from 92 to 96 tools; no tools were removed.
No existing required inputs were changed, and existing text and structured result paths remain available.
Node.js 20.18.1 or newer remains required.
Release behavior is validated against AFFiNE 0.27.4.
