Record under [Unreleased] the two API-affecting changes merged in #105: the new powermeters/capabilities.py mixins (WavelengthCalibratable, AutoScalable, ScaleAdjustable) with PowerMeterDevice.capabilities()/hasCapability(), and PhysicalDevice becoming a cooperative init base so capability mixin __init__s run.
