Rewrite the sync code completely
Switch to a plan based approach for operations, which allows for filtering and ordering operations
Implement move docs support, fixing the issue with files not getting moved properly

Execute operations concurrently and ordered by priority
Use a priority queue to execute operations
Abort sync immediately if already in progress
Add a shortcut to start a sync (default: Ctrl+S)
