add ability to set nicknames on starter dwarfs during embark

This was suggested by a commenter in a Twitch stream. Reportedly the UI allows you to set nicknames, but they don't stick or something

Like most of the nickname issues, the source cause is that the historical figure name is not set anymore. Calling DFHack's setNickname fixes the issue.

There is already fix/protect-nicks that regularly calls setNickname, maybe it makes sense to add to it an overlay of the vanilla UI that does that?
