gm-unit body height and broadness no longer change size cur

using gm-unit to edit body appearance height and broadness wise does not change the size cur like it used to

I dug into this, it turns out gm-unit never dynamically updated size_cur when modifying appearance values, if you look at the git history for gui/editor_body.lua dating back to august 2021, the original author left this comment at the top of the file
" -- TODO: Trigger recalculation of body sizes after size is edited"
it looks like the recalculation was never hooked up, so modifying the values in memory left the raw size_cur untouched until the engine naturally triggered a recalculation (e.g., when a dwarf ages).
