Prism Browser 0.3.17

这是面向 macOS Apple Silicon 和 Windows x64 的正式版本。本次更新重点改善了界面阅读体验、主题显示和新环境的默认首页。

新功能与改进

  • 右上角新增亮色与暗色主题切换按钮，主题选择会自动保存在本机。
  • 新建环境的默认首页改为 Prism Browser 官网；旧环境未设置启动页时也会使用该地址，已有自定义启动页不会被覆盖。
  • 统一调大原先偏小的界面文字，并同步调整按钮、表格、标签和弹窗排版，兼顾可读性与信息密度。
  • Windows 内核管理保留 Chromium 150 与 153 的独立下载和选择，升级后旧环境会继续使用各自绑定的内核版本。
  • macOS 与 Windows 安装包均内置可直接使用的 Chromium 144 Community 指纹内核。

  • macOS 已检查应用与内置 Chromium 签名、Chromium Helper 权限和 Chromium 144 文件完整性。
  • Windows 已通过安装文件哈希、内置 Chromium 144 完整性、管理窗口启动、环境数据持久化和环境隔离验收。
  • 当前 macOS 包使用 ad-hoc 签名，未进行 Apple 公证；Windows 包未进行 Authenticode 证书签名。系统显示来源或 SmartScreen 提示时，请确认文件来自本 Release 并核对 SHA-256。

开源仓库说明

自 v0.3.17 起，产品版的新功能、修复及后续源码更新不再同步到本开源仓库。现有源码与历史版本会继续保留，后续安装包和版本信息请以官网与 Releases 页面为准。

This is a stable release for macOS Apple Silicon and Windows x64. It focuses on readability, theme support, and the default start page for new profiles.

New Features and Improvements

  • Added a light/dark theme switch in the upper-right corner. The selected theme is saved locally.
  • New profiles now open the Prism Browser website by default. Existing profiles without a start page use the same address, while custom start pages remain unchanged.
  • Increased previously undersized interface text and adjusted buttons, tables, tags, and dialogs to preserve a balanced layout.
  • Windows kernel management keeps Chromium 150 and 153 available as separate downloads and preserves each existing profile's pinned kernel version after an upgrade.
  • Both macOS and Windows packages include the ready-to-use Chromium 144 Community fingerprint kernel.

Verification and Signing

  • The macOS package was checked for application and bundled Chromium signatures, Chromium Helper entitlements, and Chromium 144 file integrity.
  • The Windows package passed installer-hash, bundled Chromium 144 integrity, management-window startup, profile-data persistence, and profile-isolation checks.
  • The current macOS package uses an ad-hoc signature and is not Apple-notarized. The Windows package is not Authenticode-signed. If the operating system displays a source or SmartScreen warning, confirm that the file came from this Release and verify its SHA-256.

Public Source Repository

Starting with v0.3.17, product features, fixes, and later source-code changes are no longer synchronized to this public repository. Existing source code and historical releases will remain available. Please use the official website and the Releases page for future installers and release information.
