For the visualization of proteomics mass spectrometry data.

  • Environment Requirement: Java Runtime Environment with 11 or higher and Python (3.9.X, X>=13), which could be downloaded below or at here (Java) and here (Python).

  • Please install Python (3.9.X, X>=13) for image output (select "Add Python 3.9 to PATH" when installing python). After installation of python, GP-Plotter will automatically install necessary python packages.
