PELSA Decipher 1.0.1

PELSA-Decipher is a dedicated tool designed for analyzing and interpreting PELSA ligand target identification data, developed with Python and R. PELSA-Decipher consists of three main modules:

1. Differential Analysis Module for ligand-protein screening.
2. Local Stability Analysis Module for constructing local stability profiles to help identify binding regions.
3. Concentration Dependence Analysis Module for analyzing local affinity between ligand and protein.
