First working @dignetwork/dig-sdk release.

• Consumes @dignetwork/chip35-dl-coin-wasm 0.5.0 — the new asset builders
  (mintNft, bulkMint, createDid, issueCat, buildChip0007Metadata,
  validateChip0007, generateItemMetadata, sha256, encodeOffer, decodeOffer)
  are re-exported via the /spend subpath alongside the CHIP-0035 store builders.
• Ships a complete dist/ (ESM + CJS + .d.ts) and the exports map, replacing the
  broken 0.0.1-alpha.2 that latest previously pointed at. npm i @dignetwork/dig-sdk
  now resolves a functioning build; create-dig-app wallet templates can build.

Publishing 0.1.0 moves the npm latest dist-tag onto this working build.
