• Remove Kafka events consumer and all related dependencies (sarama, goka, kafkautil)
• Remove EVENTS_TOPIC and KAFKA_BROKERS config/env vars
• Delete vehicle_mint_consumer.go (was already non-functional)
• Relocate NorthAmercanCountries constant to country_converter.go
