First release

Copy NppRgaIsaPlugin.dll into your Notepad++ folder: plugins/NppRgaIsaPlugin/.
Restart Notepad++.
Open the panel via Plugins → RGA ISA Compiler → ISA Panel, or click the toolbar icon.
Set the path to your installed RadeonDeveloperToolSuite via Plugins → RGA ISA Compiler → RGA Path.
