An employee of the carEship app is going to have their own user interface features, like connection to the vehicle, remote control, access to camera of the vehicle, and the ability to determine whether the product is delivered or not.
- The staff member must be able to determine whether the product is delivered.
- The app must display new orders from customers.
- The staff member must be able to login into their account.
- The staff member must be able to log out of the app.
- The staff member must be able to see the location of the customer.
- The staff member's GUI must have a joystick screen.
- The determination of the delivery of a product should be intuitive in at least 70% of cases.
- The joystick should respond to the clicks within one second.
A customer has ordered a medical item in the app, and it has to be delivered to them. The assigned staff member logs into the app, and goes to the orders screen. The member picks an order and starts the delivery to the specified address of the customer.
