-Added MailApp Manager to the Dynamics 365 menu. The MailApp manager allows users to install, uninstall, and download the manifest file for each installed app. In addition, the MailApp manager includes functionality to install the D365 App for Outlook Troubleshooter, which can assist in troubleshooting issues related to the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook. NOTE: You must configure the Exchange Service to use an EWS Schema Version of Exchange2013 to use this feature.
-Modified the Exchange Service dialog to include the correct Redirect Uri to support oAuth sign-in.
-Modified the Exchange Sync Troubleshooter to show SyncFolderItems exceptions to the user. These were previously caught and swallowed.
