✨ New tools

🔧 Reliability and performance

  • Independent task ownership: downloads and refreshes no longer disable unrelated controls
  • Switch between concurrent progress displays and cancel the selected task independently
  • Preserve settings drafts during unrelated background work; reject outdated catalog-source results
  • Batch activity and progress notifications, retain bounded thread-safe log snapshots, and release obsolete control registrations
  • Share version sorting rules and commit environment refresh atomically without overwriting concurrent edits
  • 🌏 English remains the default; Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) and Japanese remain available

📦 Downloads

Choose MSI or MSIX for Windows 11 x64. MSI uses full-package replacement upgrades, retaining installation location, shortcut choices and app settings. This is not a binary delta. MSIX keeps its existing self-signed identity; first-time users must explicitly trust the supplied public certificate. The private signing key is never distributed.

The release and download filenames use 0.7.0-fix. Installer version 0.7.0 and tag v0.7.0 stay numeric for Windows upgrade ordering and existing in-app update checks. Shared .NET / Windows App Runtime dependencies remain external. The standalone dependency helper provides official download links.

📖 Read INSTALL.md / INSTALL.zh-CN.md and compare downloads with SHA256SUMS.txt. GitHub provides source ZIP / tar.gz automatically; there are no duplicate uploaded source archives.

🧪 Validation scope

Development verification passed 108 core checks and 26 GUI check groups, including concurrent task state, a 3,000-notification UI burst, version ordering and environment-registry conflicts. Final signed packages passed identity, payload and signature checks. The final MSIX payload passed 26 GUI groups through isolated development registration. Windows Sandbox passed all four MSI shortcut combinations, Unicode/spaced installation paths, repair, failure rollback and uninstall cleanup. The published 0.6.3 MSI upgraded to 0.7.0 with all 57 payload hashes matching, obsolete files removed, installation options retained and application data unchanged. An earlier host-side rollback registration query failed; the complete installer suite passed in the isolated Sandbox. This change does not claim a new complete CPython build run, every historical source/toolchain combination, clean-machine deployment, or production MSIX certificate-trust installation validation.

📦 下载与升级

Windows 11 x64 可选择 MSI 或 MSIX。MSI 使用完整包覆盖升级，保留安装位置、快捷方式选择及应用设置，不是二进制差分。MSIX 沿用现有自签身份，首次使用需手动信任随包提供的公开证书，签名私钥不会上传

发行名称和下载文件使用 0.7.0-fix，安装器内部版本 0.7.0 与标签 v0.7.0 保持数字形式，兼容 Windows 升级排序和已有应用更新检查。.NET / Windows App Runtime 仍为独立依赖，独立依赖工具提供官方下载入口

🧪 验证范围

开发验收通过 108 项核心检查和 26 组 GUI 检查，包含任务状态隔离、3,000 条高频界面通知、版本排序和环境登记冲突。最终签名包通过身份、文件和签名校验，最终 MSIX 程序通过隔离开发注册完成 26 组 GUI 检查。Windows Sandbox 通过四种快捷方式组合、中文及带空格目录、修复、失败回滚与卸载清理检查。正式 0.6.3 MSI 升级至 0.7.0 后，57 个程序文件摘要一致，过时文件移除，安装选项和应用数据保留正常。此前本机测试的回滚注册查询失败，完整安装器检查随后在隔离 Sandbox 中通过。这次未重新完成整套 CPython 编译，也不代表所有历史源码与工具链组合、干净机器部署或正式 MSIX 证书信任安装均已验证
