docs(OAuth-2.0): add OAuth 2.0 documentation This change copy/pastes DMP Assistant's OAuth 2.0 documentation and adapts it to correspond with DMPRoadmap. - Updated API-v2-Documentation.md to link to link to the newly added `OAuth-2.0-Authentication.md` (rather than DMP Assistant's). - Added OAuth 2.0 Authentication link to "Table of Contents" in _Sidebar.md
