dnscrypt denying the existence of debian.org

I installed dnscrypt according to this.
Then I tested ./dnscrypt-proxy --resolve debian.org as well as ./dnscrypt-proxy --resolve raspberrypi.org. I know for sure that those are real websites, but as you can see in my screenshot dnsproxy says

Domain exists: probably not, or blocked by the proxy

I was able to solve this, by enabling ipv6 Server in the .toml and reinstalling. (Even though my Network in its current configuration does not understand ipv6)
