Several optimizations in UI, configuration, plotting, and utils. Several improvements in messages, transformations and centralization. New magnitudes and statistics.

TODO:

  • Include new predefined equations.
  • Improve boundary conditions.
  • Inclusion of vectorial PDE.
  • New mode for complex cases. For example, coupled oscillators, choosing the number of oscillators, the non-linear terms, and other considerations. Each case will have its corresponding visualizations.
  • Correction of the documentation.
  • Internationalization.
