Keyboard shortcuts semi-enabled when typing in input box

When typing in an input box, e.g. editing submission sources (for resubmit), we display certain keyboard shortcuts (e.g. s). They don't seem to be active, at least the page didn't reload, but we should turn them off completely when in an input field or input box.

I could not reproduce this on Firefox. On Chromium, I could reproduce it in the Monaco editor, but not on input fields. Typing s1\n\n (double enter to get rid of the auto-completion box which cancels the first enter event) did actually trigger the navigation to the submission.
