Documentation-only patch release.

Uses the installed DeepSeek Harness profile to invoke the offline CLI.
Removes the unavailable bare npm/npx path from the docs.
Keeps the same tested, zero-dependency plugin and analyzer implementation as v0.1.0.

Install:

dsh plugin --profile <name> add github:DON738110198/dsh-session-integrity#v0.1.1

Offline check after installation:

dsh plugin --profile <name> exec dsh-session-integrity ./session.jsonl
