Release v8

The latest snapshot of the source code reconstruction project. The source code of all binaries have been reconstructed, with the exception that ASM still has a bit of commenting and labelling left to do.

• Cromemco_CDOS_with_Build_Tools.img - Bootable 8" SSSD CDOS disk with build tools
• Scratch_LARGECRO_86-DOS.img - Bootable 86-DOS 0.11 disk for bootstrapping the OS
