Parser:

• Added -pd / --preferred-downmix to specify the preferred downmix for DDP Atmos (not_indicated, loro, ltrt, ltrt-pl2).
• Added -sc / --spatial-clusters to define the number of spatial clusters (12, 14, 16; default: 12).
• Added -t / --truehd-atmos to enable the TrueHD Atmos workflow (experimental, may be removed in future releases).

File Handling:

• Updated processing of folders containing .atmos, .atmos.audio, and .atmos.metadata files: processed as DDP Atmos when -t is not used.
• Updated TrueHD Atmos workflow to process these files or ADM WAV files exclusively when -t is enabled.

Atmos Editor:

• Re-added atmos_editor.py.

• Updated to modify .atmos files using transform_atmos_file_inplace(file_path, warp_mode="normal") only if scBedConfiguration exactly matches [0,1,2,3,6,7,4,5].
