Roves v0.1.1

First Roves release: the engine shell only — no bundled UI/game content yet. See
roves-ui for the GUI that will
package a real game on top of this in a future release.

Built with the real GStreamer media stack: bundled automatically with the
Windows/macOS artifacts below; the Linux artifacts expect GStreamer to already be
installed via your distro's package manager (see README.md's Linux "Getting
started" section).

Portable only for now — no .msi/.dmg/.deb installers in this release.
