Link destination indicators

  • Show configurable visual feedback after verified internal GoTo landings from link hints and mouse clicks.
  • Add pulse ring, target, beacon, static ring, and diamond pulse styles.
  • Add red, amber, cyan, green, and purple color presets plus size and duration controls.
  • Add a keyboard-first four-column picker on I, with full mouse selection and draggable value bars.
  • Persist indicator preferences in application state without changing the PDF or TOML configuration.
  • Cancel stale indicators across scrolling, zooming, rotation, resize, tab/pane changes, navigation, and session close.

Closes #36.

Verification: 480 tests across 55 suites passed; Xcode project validation and Release packaging passed.
